Shipping & delivery
Standard Delivery (Flat Rate)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total. Standard delivery is available for a fixed price, and orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.Local Pickup (Free)
You can choose to pick up your order from our store locations at no additional cost. Please note: orders must be collected within 30 days of being ready. If not collected within this time, the order will be considered a return, and our return policy will apply.Free Shipping (Promotions Only)
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked on eligible products or announced during checkout. When available, this option will appear automatically and include the same delivery times as standard shipping.Tracking and delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress in real time. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order, as we cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch. While we are not responsible for courier or customs delays, we’re always here to help resolve any issues. Returns & refunds
If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Costs
- Returns are at the customer’s expense
- Free returns are available for orders over 150€
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at info@consequenceclub.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, simply return your order and place a new one.
Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We produce in limited quantities. Some items may not be restocked.
