Shipping & delivery
We offer various delivery options depending on your location and preference:
Standard Delivery (Flat Rate)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
Standard delivery is available for a fixed price, and orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Local Pickup (Free)
You can choose to pick up your order from our store locations at no additional cost.
Please note: orders must be collected within 30 days of being ready.
If not collected within this time, the order will be considered a return, and our return policy will apply.
Free Shipping (Promotions Only)
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked on eligible products or announced during checkout.
When available, this option will appear automatically and include the same delivery times as standard shipping.
Tracking and delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress in real time.
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order, as we cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch. While we are not responsible for courier or customs delays, we’re always here to help resolve any issues.
For international orders, customs duties or local taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.
Returns can be made in-store at no extra cost. If you prefer to return by post, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include any original packaging or tags. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
If you need to change sizes, the process is the same: please return the item and place a new order for the correct size.
